Absolutely fantastic service with Glenrands. Dropped off my car with an hours notice, was taken straight away and given a look round some of the vehicles they had for sale, tea and coffee provided. They diagnosed my car within a matter of days, provided an invoice with costs and maintained brilliant communication throughout, despite many questions and querys from my and restricted contactability due to my work schedule. Outstanding. Anyone with a JLR badge car needs to seriously consider bringing their vehicle to Glenrands! Natalie was absolutely fantastic from the start to the finish of the job. I had been messed about by other garages and had lost faith not only in garages but people as a whole. Natalie completely turned this around. Fantastic customer service great communication and a lovely human being, what a star. Everything was on point and done and completed in an amazing time frame. My vehicle came back not only fixed but looking lovely. I will never  go elsewhere again. I had been told by other places it was something very expensive. This was not the case. I needed some other things to be done that would be coming up but not pushed to do it right then.  So I’m booked back in a month or so. Breakdown during visit to Portsmouth. Great service throughout with Natalie, in particular, doing everything possible to get the car fixed ( under warranty plus 2 recalls) and able to return home to Northamptonshire.
